DESCRIPCTION
The design of the Boat in was influenced by the hippie culture of the 1960s, footwear such as moccasins (deeply inspired by Native American styles), loafers which pursued a natural, rugged texture, and boat shoes became symbols of the quest for freedom and a return to nature. The upper of this "Boat" style is crafted from calfskin, which represents an upgrade compared to the rough leather or suede commonly used in vintage designs. Calfskin is known for its fine, tight grain and excellent luster, providing a more premium texture.

DETAILS
The tassel on the shoe upper is modeled after the "Seigin" silk tassel craftsmanship originating from Japan. The term "Seigin" literally means "pure silk" in Japanese. This technique is a highly representative, traditional, and high-end decorative art, embodying the pursuit of the highest quality in silk.
